| hloe is a very naive idealist who believes in the Great Creator, miracles and that love can change the world. As the result of receiving an angel's hug, Chloe has been transformed into the Hug Bandit, the new super hero with a softer punch. A heroine committed to bringing happiness back to a kingdom, Chloe, alias the Hug Bandit, is joined by two other daring rascals, crazy Blue Bird and Biscuit Dog. Together they don disguises to do their super hero work, although sometimes not with much success. In the evenings they entertain a large following as they rap and dance in underground clubs. |
